  • Represented homeowners in neighbor dispute with competing claims of harassment and issues related to a boundary fence. Case settled favorably.
  • Represented San Francisco homeowner in a bad faith action against title insurer leading to the insurance company agreeing to accept coverage, resolve title defect, and reimbursement of a portion of clients’ litigation costs.
  • Represented commercial landlord to recover unpaid rent after tenant’s breach of the commercial lease and guaranty agreement. Case settled favorably prior to trial.
  • Represented lender to recover balance due under two promissory notes and secured favorable settlement on the eve of trial.
  • Successfully represented and enforced the interests of prominent banks, lending corporations, and other financial institutions.
  • Served as lead trial counsel in her first associate position; successfully prevailed at trials for both consumer and commercial collection cases.
