Ralph T. Kokka
Ralph is a business transactions and estate planning attorney known for his strong negotiating skills and pragmatic problem solving approach. Drafting and negotiating employment and consulting agreements, stock option plans and executive compensation arrangements.
Estate Planning
Advising both individual and family clients in Pleasanton, Livermore and the greater Tri-Valley Area and Bay Area on estate planning matters, ranging from the creation of various documents such as wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney and health care directives, to evaluating beneficiary designations of accounts, lifetime gifting and business succession strategies. In addition, Ralph routinely reviews clients' existing estate plans and will recommend changes, where appropriate. Ralph also counsels clients with regard to the formation of charitable organizations.
Estate and Trust Administration
Assisting estate representatives and trustees in estate and trust administration matters, including representing executors, trustees and beneficiaries, advising clients on legal requirements and filing necessary documents in court on their behalf.
